I. Basic information of the project
The 4# incinerator of Tangshan Jiecheng Energy Co., Ltd. is a mechanical stoker with a daily processing capacity of 600 tons of garbage and 300 tons of sludge, with an external steam supply of 103,000 t/a and supporting environmental protection facilities. The flue gas treatment process is: SNCR+PNCR+ dry and semi-dry deacidification + liquid alkali deacidification + activated carbon adsorption + cloth bag dust removal.
In order to solve some general industrial solid waste disposal problems, the 4# incinerator of Jiecheng Company intends to burn combustible general industrial solid waste without recycling value. The nature of this part of the general industrial solid waste is similar to domestic waste, including waste textiles, waste leather products, waste wood products, waste paper, waste rubber products, waste plastic products, waste composite packaging, etc. After the change of the project, the 4# incinerator is designed to feed 600t/d of domestic waste, 90t/d of sludge and 210t/d of general industrial solid waste.
