Tangshan Xinfeng Lithium Co., Ltd. construction 20000t/a lithium battery material project is located in the east of Jianhe Sancun Village, Heiyanzi Town, Fengnan District, Tangshan City, and Lingang Economic Park, Fengnan Economic Development Zone, Hebei Province, mainly to build a new battery grade lithium carbonate production line and a single water lithium hydroxide production line. Natural gas pressure regulating station, natural gas vaporization station, air compressor station, alkali mixing station, gas boiler room, soft water preparation station, water supply and drainage, power supply and distribution and other public auxiliary facilities are built. The main production process of the project includes spodumene concentrate as the main raw material, through transformation roasting, acidizing roasting, slurry leaching and lithium sulfate purification, to obtain intermediate product lithium sulfate and by-product lithium silicon powder. Part of the lithium sulfate is obtained by the process of sinking lithium, separation, purification of crude products and separation, and the mother liquor of sunk lithium is obtained by the process of neutralization, evaporation and separation. The other part of the lithium sulfate through the conversion, purification, evaporation and separation process to get the product single-water lithium hydroxide and other sections. After the implementation of the project, the annual output of 20000t lithium battery materials, including 15000t battery grade lithium carbonate, 5000t monohydrate lithium hydroxide, 56354t industrial sodium sulfate, lithium silicon powder 208510t. According to the requirements of the EIA document and the approval, the environmental protection facilities have been completed on August 5, 2021, and will be debugged from August 6, 2021 to November 5, 2021. The debugging will be completed at the end of the current stage, and the debugging will continue from November 6, 2021 to August 7, 2022.
